Bobby Chin   Chairman and General Manager of the Board of Directors

Mr. Bobby Chin is the founder, chairman and managing director of the Company.  He is responsible for the formulation of corporate strategy, strategic planning and development, and overall management of the Company.  

He has a very strong technical ability in the transformer industry and is fully capable of supporting the design and development of new products. He also has rich experience in production, quality and business, which makes he proficient in the management of the whole company.

He is with exceptional talent to think clearly, problem solve, complex decision making, and ability to demonstrate extraordinary leadership capabilities.

He is a graduate in Electrical Engineering and Automation, and also holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

Linda Xiao   Chief Financial Officer

Joined Ever Bright (Zhuhai) in Aug 2006.

She is responsible for the accounting and financial management of Ever Bright.

Linda is an accomplished technology executive with more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance and strategic development roles in the manufacturing industry, familiar with relevant national financial policies and regulations, implement national financial policies and accounting systems, organized accounting and supervision, established and improved income audit system and asset management system, ensured the security of funds and the legitimacy of statements.

She is a graduate in Accounting from Henan University of Finance and Economics.

Jenny Xie    Quality & Technical Director 

Joined Ever Bright (Zhuhai) in Oct 2008.

She has graduated from a specialized technical college. After graduation, she has been engaged in the research and development and process improvement work in the transformer industry as well as quality management, and has more than 15 years of experience in this industry by now. Since joining the Company, she has led over a number of product design and development as well as safety certifications; familiar with UL,ETL,CQC,TÜV,VDE and other certification standards; familiar with the transformer production processes and various inspection methods; good at using five commonly used quality management tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP) and seven QC techniques (control chart, causal chart, histogram, arrangement chart, check list, layer method, scatter chart) and others to ensure continuous supply of qualified products to customers; Handle quality activities according to the eight quality management principles, familiar with ISO management systems and product certification process; Participated in more than 50 invention patents, utility patents and appearance patents of the Company; Organize team to optimize product structure and process.

Zoe Zhou   Sales Manager

Joined Ever Bright (Zhuhai) in Sep 2010, and was appointed sales manager in Aug 2013.

She is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our existing customer base, and the growth and acquiring of new customers on a global basis.

With over ten years of professional experience, she is able to communicate fluently with customers in English, and has a solid and practical understanding of customer needs. Passionate, enthusiastic, people and results oriented, with progressive experience in handling customer affairs, winning the trust and loyalty of customers.

Ms. Zoe Zhou holds a Bachelorr's degree in International Finance from Nanjing Audit University.
